Do not use this company all The bad reviews are correct, samples Arrive quickly and everything you thought they would Be, you place an order then it All goes wrong from there, proofs were not Sent working 5 working days but there Quick enough to take Your money then when trying to Ring to chase Them Up the phone rings and rings And no One answers after 2 weeks of just wanting out proofs
We decided to cancel our order. Wedding planning can be stressfull enough. We then had to keep trying to contact the company via telephone with no answer we only ever seemed To get replies when emailed via their website we was told a refund would go through however 3 weeks Later and numerous chase up calls and emails we finally got our refund after being told the week Before it would Be done that afternoon. It took us nearly 2 months to get our refund, their customer care Is appalling, avoid this company don't
