Good Points
Cheap Airfare
Audio Entertainment
Hot Food
Great Staff
Humphrey Terminal
Bad Points
Lack of help at MCO
Tickets for MCO are confusing since it lists flight as Delta
Lack of First Class seats
Transavia leased planes don't have leather seats
The 8 channels of Audio entertainment repeat every 45 minutes.
General Comments
I flew Sun Country for the third time and was still impressed with the service and cost.
The people of Sun Country are very nice and highly professional. The flight was on-time and even the extra's were not overpriced.
For example: The following extra costs.
Headphone for Audio Entertainment
$1 (yours to keep. You can always bring along your own L/R adapter for headphones)
Beer: Miller or Bud $3
Hard Drinks: $5
Travel Pillow and Blanket: $5
About the only negative was in Orlando on my way back to Minneapolis, there was nobody at the counter until 2 hours before the flight and when I got my electronic ticket it listed the flight as Delta.
I plan on flying with them again.
