“Easy to use”

I haven't had to file a claim for my product, yet (which is a good thing) but registering my product through their website was very easy and quick to use. No long forms or hoops to jump through. Immediately, after purchasing my extended warranty, I got 3 quick and successive emails. One for my order, another with my warranty information and the last was my new customer account. I used the link in the customer account email to complete my registration, which took me to a my customer portal and allowed me to create a password. Once logged in, I inputted the necessary information for the warranty (place of purchase, date of purchase, product & serial number, etc.).
