“Saved me a fortune, just by giving advice”

Fantastic avice

I phoned at 13.30 to ask a question about if we were insured for a kitchen floor to be lifted as a drainage company we had round to our house to attempt to shift a blockage said they needed to access the drainage via our Kitchen
.... took my call and listened intently and suggested having a word with someone who could give me a definitive answer, I was then passed to underwriting...again after listening she suggested before we go to all that trouble we should contact the L&G [ Axa] “Insurance Extra”....which I didn't even know was part of my policy !!....we did and I’m so pleased someone listened

Dynorod the company used by Insurance Extra were called at 14.05.....they arrived at 15.00 pm and cleared the blockage almost immediately and were gone by 16.00 pm.
Put this into context that we first had contact with a drainage company through an insurance we took[ £30 pm] out nearly 10 days ago...and had to keep calling to try and get somebody to respond it’s quite remarkable

Don’t normally do this but felt the need to express my thanks to your girls
