Clothes look lovely on the internet and I decided to make use of their free delivery offer knowing that there was a store fairly near that I could return the dress to. Sadly the dress did not suit me and I went to return it but NO returns are accepted at their stores for internet or any other store purchase, only a gift card. Silly me this was hidden on their website Terms and Conditions and was NOT made clear. So now I have to pay the return postage. This is the only company I have found that does this and their shop manager even said they have had loads of complaints. I emailed them via customer service, no reply and then chased and got an incorrect reply to my query but sadly customer service is not their thing.
