“Keep clear !”

Like a previous review, we arrived early for our handover, but only by about 45 mins. We were told that they were running about twenty minutes behind, which didn't seem a problem at the time. The person who took us through the handover was very thorough and we can't praise him enough. That really was the best bit, it went downhill rapidly from there.
We paid our money and that was taken very efficiently, we discovered that the 'van was a 2015 registered, not 2016 as the website showed. We asked where the second set of keys were, we will have to get on to the previous owner was the response. We went out to the 'van and I wanted to make sure that there were two Alko wheel locks, there weren't. Salesman found oa new one but was surprised we were still there. What I gathered was that they must have closed at 4.30 and we were left to our own devises. When I praised the handover, I don't know if the location of the jack, (left to roll about under a front seat with the bag in the front locker), the wheel locks presence and the paperwork should be part of all this.
We were of the opinion that it was closing time and almost everyone went, apart from him, who thankfully helped us out.
We stayed the night courtesy of Campbells and upon waking in the morning I saw a beam of light in the corner of the bedroom and found that this was from a hole where the rear panel fits. the area was wet, and further investigation found light penetrating along the rear seam and water hanging in the corner cupboard. We returned to Campbells in the morning and he did his best to sort the problem out but we couldn't agree to the offer and the money was refunded. We felt that we had a lucky escape !
I did feel sorry for him but felt that the rest of the team couldn't care less. Once the money was handed over, interest was gone !
