If you are a hotel or a b&b they deal with you like you are some sort of garbage.
The customer service is poor and unprepared. They just think about money and havo no consideratione for the property owners.
Also, they take possession of your name, your logo, your pictures and if you wish to delete your b&b from their database, they just ignore you and keep it on their search results.
Why do they do so? Because when some traveller search for your b&b on Google, they find booking.com.
Hotels and b&b do not rotate on search results so if you look for hotels in a specific area, you will find always the same 10 in the first page. All others facilities are just "cannon fodder" to put in 3°-4°-5° page.
No respect at all. A terrible service.
