Went to Fuerta Ventura in November with family to treat mum who had not been well, Global Hoppers recommended a hotel Costa Tropical booked the holiday for us, it was nothing like what we had hoped for - building work, rundown hotel, leak in bathroom, dirt falling from overhead vent, balcony doors that did not lock - just a few problems we incurred all of which we reported to reception, mum did not like to complain and wanted to make the best of the situation so we stayed and wrote to Global Hoppers on our return home sending them pictures and a video. They deny any of this is their responsibility because according to GLOBAL HOPPERS they booked our holiday through another company (who is not ABTA registered) but have offered us a very insulting ex gratia payment that goes nowhere to cover the disappointment we endured.
NEVER BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY AND NEVER NEVER NEVER GO ON THEIR RECOMMENDATION
