“one of the worst sites for customer service ”

Most dating sites have people who are not who they say they are. Went on Match.com because I thought paying would give more genuine people. Wrong. Lots of people who just want surreal internet and players.
Couldn't get on customer service chat online each time I tried and had to high rate number to speak to customer service. Never received follow up despite asking for it. Received emails from site saying people had viewed when they hadn't and could not even get some of them up on site. Received notification of 41 emails one day and there were only a couple and winks when people said they hadn't winked. A complete waste of money, better to stick to free site and cannot even get my money back as dissatisfied Just wanted genuine site
