“Delivered five days early!”

Ordered flowers on April 2 for my daughter's 30th birthday to be delivered on April 9th. I instructed them to call her cell for access into her apt building. They delivered the flowers 5 days early!!! Also, they never called her and just left the flowers outside her building for anyone to take. Luckily an honest neighbor found them and brought them to her. Epic failure on what was supposed to be a nice milestone surprise. Major disappointment! They also lied and emailed me that they were delivered on the 9th. Not only are they inept but unethical to boot.
