PLEASE DON'T USE BEDSOR ANYTHING TO DO WITH FURNITURE ITALIA.
I never use social media but Beds.co.uk (Furniture Italia or whatever other name they go by) will cheat you. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying, but I'm stuck now trying to get back a refund of £219 on a mattress (which is now priced at £179 on their website). They delivered the wrong mattress without any notice, left it in the pouring rain for my neighbour to find and bring in. The mattress they sent is of lower quality, is significantly cheaper and now they won't refund my money. I want no more dealings with them, but they are playing games - they told me to wait in for collection of the incorrect mattress followed by a courtesy call and neither happened. I've spent over 7 hours on hold in the last week trying to get through.
They say they need the mattress before they refund the money, but going on their past performance, I am very reluctant to allow the mattress to go back until they money has been refunded.
PLEASE BEWARE: DON'T USE THEM!!!!!
