“Helpful, friendly and competent..!”

On a long flight I am particular about the departure and arrival times as well as wanting to get the best prices possible.
The gentleman who helped me was very patient and worked hard to check every avenue possible.
After a lot of enquiries he managed to find me just what I was looking for and all was accomplished with good nature and friendliness.
I am aware it is not easy to please me but I feel that I was treated very well, I shall be back again.
I am very grateful for all the effort, thank you.
