“Avoid this train wreck of a company!”

Placed the order on the Monday with a 2-7 working day delivery time. Phoned on the Thursday (in a queue of 19 callers) to ensure they had the order and to confirm that it was on track. Called on the 5th working day (in a queue of 42 callers) to confirm that it was planned for no later than the 7th working day. Was told that all was fine. Booked my trades for what would have been the 9th working day to be safe. No delivery arrived. Called them to be told that there was nothing they could do. Emailed them and got a standard response which was no help. Asked for a call. Never received. Having managed to get a hold of the couriers I discovered that it didn't even leave the original depot until the 9th working day to travel to the forwarding depot. No matter how many caveats you place round a delivery of 2-7 days, if it's not even left the depot until after that then it shouldn't be advertised. The customer service was a disgrace. After spending £750 with them you would expect some sort of customer care or after sales.

Don't put yourself in the position where you are relying on these guys!

PS still waiting on the delivery to even know if they got that part right!
