“worst customer service ”

As me and my husband were boarding our flight leaving puerto Rico the ticket check agent was immediately very rude. He told me and my husband that we had to check are carry on bag because it was to big. Now mind you there was at least 10 more passengers in line with the same size bag or bigger. He then stated to me as I questioned Why this was not a problem on any other of the flights we took getting to Puerto Rico. He Rudely turned to my husband and stated do you want to check it or not. I asked a question an he ignored me stating its not your bag an your not a passenger. I then stated it is my bag and i am also a passenger. He told my husband if this is her bag you shouldn't have it. Remember Im his wife boarding the plane together. He continued to be rude and had a very bad attitude. This was flight AA2186 from puerto Rico. Male ticket agent with poor service. Will never fly with them again!
