I received a delivery card today with a tracking number, my address and name, but on their website and on their automated phone line I have been informed that the tracking number does not match my postcode or surname. Finally after 45 minutes of calling, being redirected, and hung up on numerous times one of their customer advisers said that the delivery postcode is totally different, so there is nothing they can do! Who knows where the parcel has been delivered to! and now I have no way of getting it redelivered!
