“THIS SERVICE IS APPAULING HOMEBASE AND NEEDS ADDRESSING!!!”

Staff in store helpful with design, that's where the service stops!!
Ordered Jan and told that all in stock apart from one item, rang in Feb to see if the order was now all there and told yes so a delivery date was arranged, on the day of delivery all that arrived was the worktops, back on the phone again to find out where the rest of the kitchen was, was told that it was held up due to other parts now missing from order, so my kitchen went from complete and ready to deliver to then not complete and other parts now missing - very contradictive stories.
After many calls to them I have now had 3 deliveries and my kitchen is still missing the drawers which was originally in with the order but now they've magically disappeared, they cannot give me a date as to when they are going to be in stock again or even guarantee a set will be allocated to me when they are in stock.
My fitter is having to come back and forth in between other jobs due to Homebase's incompetence!!

THIS SERVICE IS APPAULING HOMEBASE AND NEEDS ADDRESSING!!! AS DITTOED IN THE MAJORITY OF REVIEWS.
I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER
