“Dreadful”

do not buy car insurance from this company. I have recently had an accident, 6 weeks later,despite being disabled and being house bound without a car I am no closer to resolution. I have spent hours and hours on the phone,have been made seriously ill and have constantly been lied to by agents acting for this company. I am now seeking the services of both the legal and financial ombudsman to try to redress the multiple and ongoing problems I am experiencing. Insurance should not be this difficult. I honestly don't know how they are still allowed to be in business.
