“Ps4 missing delivery”

I' ve ordered on line a PS4 as a present for my son, the item suppose to arrive the day after.
I am a working mum, so I ' ve asked a person to stay all day at home waiting for the parcel.
At 5.30pm I received a message telling me that the delivery will arrive the day after.
I am very disappointed, I can' t ask my friend to stay at home another day, so I try to contact GAME but I ve waited on the phone for 1 hour and no one answered.
This is not a good way to deal with customers, I ve spent a lot of money for this present.
