“Always had a bit of a love hate relationship with MCE...”

Always had a bit of a love hate relationship with MCE since I first started using them in 2014. Loved the price of their premiums, hated trying to get through to them, especially if i was broken down at the side of the road.

However, having just spoken to a wonderful person, I have never experienced greater customer service throughout my entire driving or riding life.

She was exceptionally helpful, thoroughly knowledgeable and keen to assist with everything asked by me. She went out of her way to speak to her managers about difficult things i wanted doing to my policy, to tidy it up and i could not have asked for more.

My updated policy documents came through in 5 minutes and am now looking forward to riding my new bike.

If the managers of this wonderful woman are reading this, please give her a raise and do everything you can to keep her. She is the main reason i will renew my insurance with MCE in the coming months.
