I was very happy to stumble upon travelup after searching for flights on screen scrapers like skyscanner and momondo. It's not easy to trust any odd agent recommended by the screen scrapers especially when many of them have attracted bad feedback because of poor service and hidden costs. So I was apprehensive about travelup at first but I was pleasantly surprised to be served by an agent who was very calm, patient and helpful. He and his colleagues went out the way to find me a deal which suited me ideally and much cheaper than going directly to the airline and no hidden costs. They also have stellar online reviews which gave me a lot of confidence. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone because they are genuine and look to serve rather than sell unlike most other agents including high street ones who could not find me deals anywhere close to these guys.
