for a £60 holiday for 4 nights at the end of august, we were lucky to have the weather and beach near as once you have been in the pool there is very little too do on site, unless you make your own fun, or use the pgl activities for older kids, the park is pants, and the crazy golf is just not happening.... this site has so much potential..... and yes the chalet was very basic, unclean, uncomfortable, but we were only theyre at night, plenty to do offsite, coastal walks woods, southport, for beach fair shopping ect and close too liverpool, but as we came from that direction it would have felt like going home.....
