I have been with Privilege ever since I was learning to drive, my dad was already with this company so I became a names driver on his car whilst I was learning to drive. I then passed my driving test and informed them, they then sent an up to dated policy to show that I had a full license instead of a provisional. It wasn't until I had my second accident in the car and I was on the phone discussing this with them that we found out after my dads policy renewal came up for some stupid reason they changed me back to a provisional driver?! thank god for recorded phone calls!!!! They ended up having to give us a £800 refund! my first accident took over a year and a half to be sorted and I would only ever get an update if I called them and the other accident happened a year and a half ago and im still waiting for results! Again I only have an update if I call them. Some of the people that work there are really polite but the company as a whole is awful! safer to go with someone else
