“Refused to refund money on goods not delivered - BEWARE!”

Cocosa is an on-line company run by what i can only say must be crooks. They accepted my order and took the money in november. The goods never arrived. They have refused to refund me. Terrible customer services who would not assist in anyway. Left us with no option but to involve the ombudsman. Cocoas then refused to speak to the ombudsman. Ombudsman says that the only action left to us is to take cocosa to court. Cocosa have now deleted my order history. Do not use them do not trust them to deliver they will take your money and not give you anything for it or refund it. Terrible terrible company
