“Repeated cancelled appointments”

Opticians Kingston Tesco, Milton Keynes .... Awful customer services. My first attempt was cancelled when I arrived with the staff stating they had tried to call and because I would have had a missed call identified on my phone I should have returned the call, even though I would not have known it was them. So basically it was my own fault ! They had all day to try and contact me a second time as my appointment was the last of the day ! I foolishly rebooked and have received a call this time, as I was leaving the house early to ensure I was not late, to be told the Optician had failed to arrive again so would I like to rebook? .... No I would not thank you ! After leaving a review on an NHS website the first time and having had no response, I will make sure I post as many reviews as I can this time to guard others against this unreliable service offered by Tesco Kingston.
