“Never Ordered Never Will”

I wanted to share my experience with Dunster - this is my personal view.

I had been considering a number of play centres from various providers but liked the look of the Dunster House ones.
I clicked on the 'Price Match Guarantee' button on the site as I found something similar for cheaper in the hope dunster would reduce their price - Was called back quite quickly (I wont mention names as it seems Dunster will try and remove this kind of feedback on that basis) but told that they dont price match but our quality is better, so in my opinion this was just a ploy to get contact details (be warned you may get bombarded).....
I was having my garden landscaped so could not proceed for a while as with the frost did not have a timescale for the turf to be laid. but had the salesmans contact details and a deal confirming my price in an email and informed him I would be in touch when I was ready to place and order. So fast forward a few weeks - I reply to the email to say I want to proceed with this order and was told thats great - we would love to process your order - just need to confirm delivery etc.
After a few email and a phone conversation i was just about to place the order and pay for via card when they then tried to increase the price from the agreed one - basically (again in my opinion) they tried to force an extra £50 from me - I know would get sacked in my job if I tried to do the same.
After speaking with the relevant parties (again no names so they cannot remove this review) at Dunster all they were saying was well the price has increased - they did not seem to understand that it was not the fact the price has increased - it was the fact i was not told and they would have happily taken a card payment at a higher price than was agreed.
I have done a bit of research on Dunster in the last few days and I would urge people to do the same and make up their own opinion. I am personally very dubious about a number of things - My contact admitted they get commission and to me it seems that they are driven heavily by this and in my opinion they do not really care about ethics.
It is a real shame and I feel extremely disappointed with the whole experience.
