Usual thing, becoming a habit with them. Booked boiler service, took time off work, 30 mins before end of time slot, engineer called to say he'd been called on an emergency SAME EXCUSE AS LAST YEAR. Result, paying for an expensive policy and 2 days loss of earnings - NOT HAPPY
Loss of income £140, compensation offered £30, asked for a formal complaint to be raised, received a call back stating due to the reason e.g. missed appointment, would not be taken further. Letter of complaint written, awaiting their reply
