“I only hope more people will check reviews on this...”

I only hope more people will check reviews on this company before
committing themselves to any payments as my experience with this company
I describe unsatisfactory and full of empty promises. I spoke with many
people in this organisation other than the Managing Director and this
is only because she does not engage with customers so, in my opinion, is
a total and complete waste of space being paid on monies they take from
customers. I have never come across a company that hides behind so many
people full of empty promises and go no-where. They need to be exposed
and I hope this review will do that. I did a booking through this
company in November 2015. I paid a sum of £267 on 24th November 2015. I
had confirmation of flights for a stag party going to Benidorm. The
flight going out was fine however the flight coming back was booked that
I would be coming back on my own and not with the rest of the party.
This was queried the next day and I was told it could be changed for an
additional fee and yet when making the booking I got the correct
outbound flight, and automatically assumed it would select the right
inbound flight. I had assumed that with the reference booking number
there would naturally be only one option for the same flight out and
back for all the party. Therefore, I am somewhat concerned about the
set up of the systems they have.

On a matter of principle I was not prepared to pay an additional fee
for something that they as an agent should have dealt with especially
when it was brought to their attention within 24 hours. I made it clear I
wished to cancel if they were not prepared to be flexible with this
issue and they requested me not to cancel. They would pass to management
and get matter resolved and now we are 1st April 2016 after numerous
telephone conversations and emails nothing has been resolved and they
have kept my money. Hence my comments. They hide behind each other. I repeat this company needs to be exposed as, in my
opinion, they have no customer service ethics whatsoever

Surprise surprise despite my earlier review I have heard nothing from
Red7 whatsoever, in terms of an apology or even a defence of their
position.  This confirms my comments made on an earlier review.  In my opinion, they
have no customer ethics.
