“1st Class Service”

From start to finish everything ran as smoothly as could have hoped for. From the initial meeting to discuss to the fitting to the fitting itself. All on time with the minimum of fuss. Kinetico softener fitted in garage adjoining kitchen with a new filtered drinking water tap in kitchen by the sink. My concerns about drilling through our granite worktop were misplaced and a perfect job was done. Didn't take long at all and I think only one cup of tea required. Had softener for a couple of months now and have forgotten its there. Water nice and soft, noticeable when washing and showering. No limescale anymore and only use a little soap for a fantastic lather. Should have installed one years ago.No hesitation in recommending Capital Softeners.
