“Aggressive and Inept”

I just had an irate neighbour on my doorstep after my parcel was wrongly delivered to his house by DX, the driver hammered aggressively on the door frightening his wife who is recovering from a serious illness, he didn't bother to give her chance to get to the door before breaking through their garden gate and throwing my stuff in their outhouse, he did remember to leave them a delivery note telling them where my parcel was however. I, on the other hand was home all day so it wasn't that he was "leaving it with a neighbour" or anything altruistic like that. TBH I'd never heard of this company until today and sorry, but it ain't looking good folks.
