We have effectively paid Haart 5 figures to hinder and delay the process of completing the sale. Haart were almost useless from the word go: they did not know anything about the property's roof, who owned the surrounding land, or whether planning had been granted for the additional work on the house. They were so bad at contacting the vendor we had to do it directly ourselves. We made an offer through Haart: they didn't respond to us for a month and relayed the offer incorrectly to the vendor, which ultimately cost us £4000. Throughout the process they seemed to make almost no effort with us. They misspelled one of our names so some emails were sent to the wrong person, even after we complained three times. When the house finally sold Haart only found out after completion. Utterly hopeless. Do not sell your house with them. If buying, you'll have to do it yourself. The day after completion their office called us to help us with our search for a house. Unbelievable.
