Generally very happy with Dataflame, which I have been using to host a number of small sites for myself and friends. A couple of sites got hit by a brute force attack recently, which used up all the bandwidth and shut the sites down. This incident unfortunately coincided with my inability to log into the reseller control panel. I clicked the online chat support button, and tapped in my details.
Less than 30 mins later I have regained access to everything and fixed the problem. Never used this feature before, but will definitely use it again. The support agent was very helpful and to the point.
