After buying two packs of plywood floorboards online I was asked by the company to leave a review, ensuring me that "Your opinion is very important to us".
I submitted the following review.
"Rather disappointing
I bought two packs of this as a test purchase before ordering the whole amount needed for our loft. One pack was warped and had to be returned. Although I spoke to a customer representative on the phone the same day agreeing that the returned product would be refunded, it still needed another reminder a week later before I actually received the money. A rather disappointing experience on all accounts."
Unsurprisingly this is not what Wickes wished to hear from me so I was politely informed that "Unfortunately your review did not meet our guidelines for posting on our site."
My verdict:
a) Bad product.
b) Bad service.
c) My opinion only seems to be important as long as it's positive.
Not recommendable.
