“Not ideal”

Not an ideal show, don't go to the ideal home show as it is an absolute rip off, bad service and waste of time and money. Don't pay £20 for the tickets because it does not even cover the cost of the goody bags as they have to be at least worth one pound. Went there today and the front of house staff referred me to the ticket office were they then told me I had to buy a anthor ticket which cost £20 and the actual price displayed was £18. And I don't understand why they told me that because I had a ticket with me and they did not make anything clear as to how many uses of the ticket Ie weekend tickets are meant to be used at bank holidays and weekends.
