“Supercuts hair salon Basingstoke”

Went there last week for a tidy up of my shortish hair. I waited an hour for my turn. Explained to the stylist who seem quite distracted that I was growing my haiir out from a bob and just wanted a trim. Dunno what she thought she was doing. She cut all the length off from the front, about three inches, when I asked why she was doing that she said it was to match the length at the back to the front. I had told her I didn't want much of the length as I was growing it out. Basically I ended up with a bowl hair cut. I asked her to layer it so that it didn't look so bad and she just hacked at it with the thinning scissors! She then tried to tell me that I would have to pay an extra £5 to get it straightened so that she could try to tidy the cut up a bit. Needless to say I just got up from the chair and said I had to leave. And she charged me £34. Furious. Gutted. Stunned that she never listened to me. I feel stupid to have paid for my hair to be ruined. Keep telling myself it will grow out in three months. Never going back.
