“second time”

I had previously rented from the Brampton location when my van was in the shop. The first time was a referral from another rental agency.
The second time occurred when my van unexpectedly took out a motor on the way to Florida and which I trailered back. I secured my rental by text while still in NY state for later that afternoon after we dropped off the van at the garage.
Both times the car was waiting for me and the service was friendly, efficient and certainly at a good rate. I would definitely rent from here again as they are top-notch at ensuring your satisfaction.
