“Could be better”

Usually have a good transaction when going straight to bank account. However ordered argos card this time, which took over a week to turn up and rang customer services to chase who were a bit rude and not very assuring. I paid over £7 for special delivery as item was just under £200. The argos card was sent non recorded and not insured by 2nd class post!!
