“Wheel Balancing”

Booked for wheels to be balanced. When booking I was given a selection of available booking times, as I needed my van in the afternoon, I chose 8.30am, I was then asked to pay which I did and the booking was confirmed. As the job should take no longer than an hour and it was booked in for 8.30am I assumed I would complete by mid-morning. This was not the case, it ended up taking them until 16.00 to complete the task. Do not use Halfords, the management are rude and unprofessional and they cannot complete the simplest of tasks within a reasonable timescale.
