“The worst company i have ever dealt with,rude arrogant...”

The worst company i have ever dealt with,rude arrogant and un helpful staff.The call takes 30-40 minutes to get through to,we tried to change a policy to a brand new car and they were very unhelpful so we cancelled the policy.we were not entitled to any refund of the policy even though it was only three months old.Avoid at all costs,unless you have got money to throw away.!!!!!!!!! PLease do not trust these people or buy any insurance from them you will only regret it, we have now gone back to the trusty AA.
