I cancelled my contract with super cover a year ago, the company sent an email stating it was cancelled. Since then they took 2 payments from my account totalling £50. 6 weeks since I first contacted them I have had no money. Constantly saying it must be past onto another department please wait 8 weeks.
One man called and said the money had been paid, getting very argumentative. I emailed a copy of the bank statement showing the dates he said they were paid. He then hung up the phone and another man started dealing with me. Equally as rude and unhelpful.
Avoid like the plague!!!
