To those that have ears and wisdom listen. I booked with travelhouse to fly to harare with kenya airways. First they booked us on the wrong flight time and when we phoned about it they cancelled our flight. Making matters worse they lied that they changed our time but when i contacted kenya airways they told me there was no booking made.



Travelhouse then made an about turn saying their payment machines were not working after they took our deposit. The agent would no longer pick our calls or reply to our emails. its been 2 weeks now trying to get our deposit refunded but to no avail. They are not professional at all and would not use or recommend them at all.
