“Lost Parcel!”

I have never ever experienced such poor service from an organisation. I sent a parcel from India to the UK which arrived safely. The parcel was checked, weighed and noted at the slough depo. Between slough and the docklands depo the parcel has gone missing and I have been asked to put in for a claim. The parcel is 20KG in weight how it has been misplaced I don't know. On top of that the online update shows that the parcel has been rescheduled to be delivered but no contact was made with myself to advise. There customer services team seem to be snowed under and unable to return calls back. I was advise if you do not hear back from us in two hours you call back. The courier company in India also chased and they told them the same that the parcel had gone missing. How this is all possible baffles me!
