The flights were fine and the leg room is a pleasant change but the customer care is shocking.six bags checked in together and five arrive in Manchester.Five days later and still no sign of the missing bag and all you get is a number to check online that's supposed to track your missing bag.Well our missing bag has been on 3 flights from Tenerife this week but has not managed to land at Manchester yet, and if you think about claiming off Jet 2 for your missing valuables then you best still have every receipt for every item in your case.It seems to me like they have thought of everyway to absolve themselves from duty of care of your baggage.This would be interesting to test in court !
