“Ripping off old customers to give new customers the...”

My Insurance has gone up again 3 years on the trot... this company should be looking after old customers instead of passing all the best deals onto new customers...very disappointed in your customer services i have tried to call today and been on the phone for 45 mins and still waiting to be put through to renewals this is unacceptable... i was then told by the customer service that no one was available to talk to me about discounts on policy's.... when i called sales i got an answer within 2 minutes... asked the sales person and all they wanted to do was try to sell me cover for my coat and helmet or accident cover and then tried to get me to give details of my home insurance when i told him i wasn't interested in any other insurance just wanted to get my premium lowered he said he couldn't hear me and then put the phone down...
then when i called back i got told he could reduce my premium by £20 when i said i was going to look around for a better quote he then told me he could save me £60 wow what a difference... WHY DO YOU NOT LOOK AFTER OLD CUSTOMERS CAROLE NASH... we will stay loyal if we think we are being looked after....
