“So far so good!”

I applied online through Indeed, and shortly after got a call from a member of staff from Pareto. I passed the phone call interview which was conducted by a really friendly and supportive man, and was invited to the assessment day. I honnestly found the competition initially daunting once arriving, but everyone was friendly, excited, and ready to compete which fuelled my own competitiveness. Though it was an exhausting day, it was well structured, and the 'waiting periods' were filled with talks and questions from their employees about the world of sales which was valuable. I was successful at the end of the day, and was further told that myself and 4 other candidates impressed Pareto greatly - they were interested in interviewing us for their own company. 3 working days after my assessment day, I received a call from Pareto once again, scheduling an interview date for myself regarding working for Pareto. That's my experience up to now, so hopefully Pareto will continue to be just as good and professional as they have been to me until now!
