“Misleading salesmen, terrible customer service”

I was mis sold a mattress by Benson Beds and literally had a fight on my hands to receive a refund. I would never set foot in one of their stores again. This caused me undue stress and inconvenience trying to get my money back and to return a mattress which was totally unsuitable for me. I was given the totally incorrect information at the point of sale.
