B&Q are completely useless!! Ordered items for delivery on 14th March to be delivered Friday 18th - NO SHOW! Got a text message at 11am that day saying due to a 'technical error' the delivery will not be delivered until Monday 21st March - On the phone now and have been told delivery is now Wednesday 23rd March!!! What a joke! Taken two days off work to wait for this delivery!! B&Q you are a complete and utter waste of time!
