“Waste of time go somewhere else”

Went to the Kidderminster branch and they were useless.on arrival asked if they could have a look at the tyre as I had a puncture told to wait and forty minutes later they finally had a look and said they didn't have that size and to come back next week. Went down the road to national tyres and ended up with four new tyres fitted within the hour. Brilliant customer service here.
