I went with this company on the basis of being a cheaper quote, but then my car packed in so I scrapped it about 3 months into the policy.



They want me to now pay £400 to cancel the policy, even though I am up to date with my last payment. The fee which will continue to increase over time, they are complete rip off merchants with condescending & arrogant customer service - if you ever get through to them that is.

It's not fair being penalised for something you dont anticipate happening, I've paid them enough already, it's not on at all.



So my experience was not in vain, please noone EVER go with them if you can help it.
