“rude uneducated reception staff”

Myself and my mum visited yesterday and booked in for a dry cut and a cut and blow. We were told the wait was an hour so we asked if we could come back in an hour. We were told no as it was a 'sit and wait service' by two rude lousy reception girls. However it wasn't a 'sit' and wait service as there were no seats left. We then asked the reception staff if we could simply change my cut and blow to a dry cut as we wouldn't have time after waiting to have my hair washed. The reception girls told us that it wouldn't be possible to do this as it would be 'impossible' to cut my hair dry because of the 'angles'? Sorry what? My hair is long and all of one length and I only wanted a trim off the ends. If this is the case why is 'dry cut' even an option. Myself and my mum just left straight away as we couldn't believe the arrogance of the staff.
Overall I think the girls on reception need more customer service training as both were uneducated in hair dressing and were rude and made us feel unwelcome.
I have nothing to say for the quality of hair dressing as we did not make it that far.
