I ordered a Heritage toilet seat and had to chase the company up to deliver. When the item arrived you could clearly see it had been opened and re sealed with tape. We opened the item and the seat was split in two.
I contacted Victoria plum via their web site with a generated response. There was not contact and no offer of a refund. While waiting for this there returns time ran out and as far as they were concerned that was the end of that !!! Poor show !!!
My advice give up before you start and go to Bathroom store where you get treated correctly .
